    The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the bill on page one, by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    House Bill 2855 -- “A BILL to amend and reenact §11A-1-17 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; relating county sheriffs; requiring a different payout of commissions.”
